- 2018 NCSHA National Award Recipient in Operations for instituting problem-solving methodologies while instilling continuous culture improvements
- 2017 NCSHA National Award Recipient in Federal Advocacy for effectively utilizing the Hardest Hit Fund Program as a Constituent Services Resource that extended constituent services outreach to the Illinois Congressional Delegation
